
Edward Faustin
Edward Faustin has over 19 years of professional experience in commercial real estate finance, market research, economic development, and strategic advisory services. Edward is co-founder and managing principal of AreaProbe Inc, a tech-enabled real estate advisory company focused on housing, retail, hospitality, and healthcare. Mr. Faustin leverages his diverse experiences to provide consulting service solutions for AreaProbe clients, with a focus on raising capital for acquisitions, refinancings, and construction projects domestically and internationally. Mr. Faustin also plays an active role in the development of the company's emerging tech products and tools.
Edward previously worked in various roles, including Vice President in the Strategic Investments Group at the New York Economic Development Corporation (NYCEDC), as well as underwriter and asset manager for PNC Real Estate. Edward also had roles with Centerline Capital Group, Blackheath Financial (now Zenta), and Cushman and Wakefield.
Edward received his BBA from the University of Notre Dame and a joint Masters in City & Regional Planning and a Masters Urban Spatial Analytics from the University of Pennsylvania. Edward is member of several industry affinity groups, including the Urban Land Institute, International Downtown Association, the Avant Garde Network, and the Council for Urban Real Estate (CURE). He is also currently an adjunct professor at the Schack Institute of Real Estate at NYU.
Edward serves on the Board of Directors for Hope on a String, a non-profit that provides music and performing arts education to children in Corail, Haiti, as well as the African Burial Ground Memorial Foundation in New York. He is also the Notre Dame Club of New York City’s Liaison to the Black Alumni Board.
